Tekst
Tekst is an enterprise AI platform that automates repetitive back-office workflows by processing text from emails, tickets, chats and shared inboxes. It uses custom-trained models to understand context and intent, automatically classifying, routing and triggering actions so nothing gets stuck waiting. The goal is to free teams from manual drudge work, improve response times, reduce errors and make everyday operations more efficient.

Tekst wanted a full redesign of their site while keeping their existing colours and logo. I began by analysing what was working, what wasn’t, and how to improve conversions and engagement. Research showed that users needed clearer education around the product’s benefits, so the focus became simplifying the message with visuals and animations, adding more CTAs, and offering the option to speak with the team before signing up.
To support the redesign long-term, I built a complete design system covering typography, grids, colours, and reusable modules. It was structured to work smoothly for the tech team, design team, and marketers alike, reducing complexity while keeping the brand consistent as the site continues to evolve. I also created a comprehensive brand guidelines document the team could always refer back to as they grow.
I created bespoke designs for Tekst’s key, high-converting pages, paired with scalable block designs for secondary pages and reusable components. This approach allowed us to balance flexibility with consistency, ensuring that new content could be rolled out quickly without losing polish. Visual storytelling and animations were integrated throughout to make a technical product feel easier to grasp.
